Amtel and Ingram Micro Mobility Sign Distribution Agreement to Expand European Channels for Enterprise Mobility Management Solution

Relationship Brings Integrated Mobile Device Management and Telecom Expense Management Solution to Customers Across Europe.

SANTA CLARA, CA -- March 18, 2014 -- Amtel Inc. (“Amtel”) (www.amtelnet.com), the leading provider of integrated cloud-based solutions for mobile device management and expense control, today announced that it has entered into a distribution agreement with Brightpoint EMEA Enterprise Limited (“Ingram Micro Mobility”) to distribute Amtel’s cloud-based mobile device management (MDM) and telecom expense management products through Ingram Micro Mobility’s vast channel of European customers. Amtel’s award-winning mobile lifecycle management solution enables Ingram Micro Mobility customers to rapidly deploy mobility management solutions for their enterprise end customers, helping secure corporate and BYOD mobile devices, protect enterprise content, take control of mobile apps and manage wire line and wireless communications expenses, resulting in lower risks, reduced costs and increased productivity.

The agreement represents a strategic move for Amtel’s expansion into the European markets to bring mobility management solutions to customers by leveraging one of the strongest distributor networks. By expanding its solution set to include Amtel’s mobile lifecycle management, Ingram Micro Mobility is providing its customers with a logical choice of capabilities and a comprehensive MDM portfolio.
